Thank you for shopping with LASAI. We aim to process and ship every order with care and efficiency.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, including product launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
LASAI currently ships within the United States.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $65 within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
For orders under $65, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination.
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside of our control.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to the following flat shipping and processing fees:

$15 for orders weighing up to 15 lb

$45 for orders weighing 15–20 lb
Due to extended carrier transit times, orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days for fulfillment and delivery after the order is placed.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. LASAI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@lasaifragrances.com and we will do our best to assist before your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, LASAI is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@lasaifragrances.com and we will assist in working with the shipping carrier when possible.
