LASAI Fragrances — Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping & Returns
This policy may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to review it periodically.


Free Shipping
LASAI offers free standard ground shipping on U.S. orders over $65 (before taxes and
discounts).
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your order subtotal reaches the
qualifying amount.
Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding
holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking
information.
Because fragrances contain alcohol, all LASAI perfume orders must ship via ground
transportation in compliance with carrier safety regulations.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Ground Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days
Extended Ground Shipping (U.S.): up to 14 business days depending on location
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather
conditions, and destination.
Orders placed during product launches, restocks, holidays, or promotional periods may
experience slightly longer processing times.
Orders may occasionally ship in multiple packages depending on order size and warehouse
processing.
Shipping Carriers
LASAI ships fragrance orders using ground shipping carriers such as USPS Ground
Advantage or UPS Ground.
Due to transportation regulations for alcohol-based fragrance products, air shipping is not
available.

Where We Ship
LASAI currently ships within the United States only.
At this time we do not ship internationally.
International shipping may become available in the future.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your
tracking number and carrier information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been
scanned by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LASAI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by
the carrier.
If your package appears lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, please contact
the shipping carrier directly.
If you need additional assistance, you may also contact our support team.
Address Errors
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
LASAI cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at
checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at
support@lasaifragrances.com and we will do our best to update the order before it ships.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all LASAI perfume sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrance products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email support@lasaifragrances.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, LASAI will offer either:

- A replacement product, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Requests submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an
order has been placed.

support@lasaifragrances.com and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
